This page explains how to permanently delete your Riddleix Studios account and all data associated with it, including your progress in The Lost Phone.
The fastest way is in the app. Open The Lost Phone and go to Profile → the gear icon (Manage account) → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm before anything happens. Once you confirm, your account and all your progress are deleted and you are signed out. This takes effect immediately — there is nothing to wait for and no need to contact us.
The in-app route is available only when you are signed in. If you have never signed in with an email address, there is no account to delete — see If you play as a guest below.
If you cannot use the app — you have uninstalled it, you are unable to sign in, or you cannot reach it for any other reason — send an email to riddleix.studios@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line:

You do not need to explain why. We may reply asking you to confirm the request before we act on it, to prevent accidental or unauthorised deletion.

If you delete your account in the app, it takes effect immediately. Your account and all your progress are removed as soon as you confirm, and you are signed out automatically once the deletion completes. This cannot be undone. Backup copies of our database, taken for disaster-recovery purposes, are overwritten within a further 30 days; your data is unrecoverable from backups after that window.
If you email us instead, we process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your email. In practice it is usually done within a few days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Backup copies are overwritten on the same schedule — within a further 30 days, after which your data is unrecoverable from backups.
If you have never signed in with an email — you played as a guest — there is no account tied to a personal identifier, and there is nothing for us to look up. Uninstalling the app removes your local guest identifier from your device. Any anonymised gameplay records associated with your device's guest identifier will age out of our systems on the same schedule as deleted accounts.
